Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff and students
• Experience working with students in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions from lead teachers and administrators

Duties:

• Provide supplemental aids and services as directed by the lead teacher
• Support students in general education classrooms to promote success and inclusion
• Administer academic assessments as defined by lead teachers
• Monitor and supervise students in separate testing or small group settings
• Assist in collecting and maintaining student data
• Promote and maintain a positive and safe student learning environment
• Communicate regularly with staff and administration regarding student needs and progress
• Perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by administration
